• A huge round of applause to our students for completing their iReady assessments! Thank you to the staff and parents/guardians for supporting them through this assessment process!

Now that the iReady assessments are complete, what is next?

Please check Empower to access a family report that provides more detailed information explaining your child's diagnostic test score. From your child's homepage, click on their "Quarter 2 Advisory" and select "Progress and iReady Reports" under Class Activities.

It is important that students to begin working through their personalized lessons. When your child logs into their iReady account through , their dashboard will now prompt them to begin working on lessons. These lessons are personalized and assigned based on the results of their individual diagnostic assessment. The purpose of these lessons is to continue building specific skills in reading and math.

Please see the attached resources for more information and help with navigating iReady:
    •  - explains exactly what is on your child's dashboard and how to navigate the different sections
    •  - focus on page two, as it explains how to view your child's progress on lessons
    •
Students are highly encouraged to dedicate time each day to work on their iReady lessons throughout the school year, especially when they are not enrolled in a math or language arts class. Wednesdays are a great day to work on iReady lessons because there are no scheduled Zoom class meetings.

Please reach out to your child's Advisor, Mrs. Johnson, or Ms. Crosby if you have any questions or trouble accessing iReady lessons. Thank you for your continued commitment to Highland and your child's education!
