Huffman Elementary is a community-centered school that is proud of our 40 year tradition of providing an excellent school experience for our students, their families and our community. We understand the power of making connections with children and families and strive to provide a warm and caring school climate that supports positive connections with children. 

Instruction is aligned to the Alaska common core state standards.  We pride ourselves in providing an exciting and relevant school experience aimed at preparing students for a successful future.
