    Winter Special, November 18, 2023 - January 26, 2024  $90.00

    SENIOR Information

    Get your senior portrait in the Sandalius! The deadline for portrait submission is November 17, 2023, but don’t wait until the last minute - due to publication deadlines, your portraits must be submitted by the deadline, or we will be unable to use your portrait in the yearbook. If you do not have a portrait to submit by the deadline, we will use your student ID picture taken on school picture day in August 2023.   

     

    Portrait Guidelines 

    • Head and shoulders pictures are preferred (full body shots are allowed but they often look “distant” when published on a page in the yearbook). 
    • The following are prohibited: masks, face paint, sunglasses, props, flags, hats, weapons, animals, or hand signs of any kind. 
    • Outdoor backgrounds are allowed as long as the above guidelines are met. 

    Please share these guidelines with your portrait studio so we do not have to deny a portrait due to non-compliance.  Digital portrait submission is required. 

     

    Quotes & Activity Guidelines 

    Senior quotes and/or activities are also due by November 17, 2023, as part of the online photo submission process.  Senior quotes must be school appropriate.  ERHS Yearbook reserves the right to use submitted activities in place of inappropriate quotes. Please don't wait until the last minute! Due to publication deadlines, the portraits, quotes, and activities must be submitted on time.  If you do not submit it on time, we will use your school ID picture taken on school picture day on August 24th.

     

     

    Senior Yearbook Ads

    Yearbook recognition ads are a great way for parents, families, and friends to commemorate student achievements and important milestones. In addition, revenues from recognition ads help our school to create a better yearbook. 

    Jostens is managing your school's yearbook ad sales, so please do not contact or send materials to the school. All ad orders must be placed online by 02/01/2024. 

    Ads can only be submitted online through Jostens. To purchase your ad online, use the link below. Please do not send ad materials to ERHS.  Again, all ads are self-created, designed, managed and purchased online directly through Jostens.
