Welcome to Rilke Schule’s Middle School! We have developed a core group of five staff dedicated solely to our 6th - 8th grade students. 

Middle school is a critical time when students progress from Guided to Independent language production. Our experience and multiple scientific studies prove that the academic and linguistic benefits of dual language education become the most prevalent in these key years.

Each year, Rilke hosts at least one group of German exchange students from one of our partner schools in Germany. Rilke’s exchange coordinators send out information regarding hosting a student and traveling to Germany far in advance.

Service High School is Rilke’s feeder school to continue your student’s immersion education. These four years provide students with the opportunity to advance their language skills into even more advanced topics for more mature, older students. 

Continuing the German immersion program allows students the opportunity to qualify for Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê’s Seal of Biliteracy, which recognizes students who have gained proficiency in two or more languages by high school graduation. 

Note: All Rilke students are automatically allowed into Service no matter what high school they are zoned for.
