  • AKChoice Online Learning System (OLS) provides families with an opportunity to manage student learning plans, allotments, and track reimbursements.

    How to Login to OLS 

    The OLS works best on a computer browser. It may not work for you on a mobile device.

    Log In -

    Go to:

    Username: Parent email address (from Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê Q ParentConnect)

    Password: Your unique password for OLS

             

     OLS Username and Password:

    • OLS syncs with Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê Q ParentConnect. Your OLS user name is the parent email address that you provided there. 
      • Need to update it? Contact our AKChoice front office at 907-742-4267

     

    • Need an initial OLS password? Go to New Families

    • To reset your password - go to enter your user name and select "reset password".


    Reimbursements Questions

     

    1. When are the deadlines?

    1st Semester DEADLINE   3:00 PM December 1, 2023 for purchases dated 8/21 - 11/30/23

    Note : 1st Semester fall reimbursements do not get processed until after October 23rd.

     

     2nd Semester DEADLINE   3:00 PM April 19, 2024 for purchases dated 12/1/23 - 4/12/24

     

    2. What do we reimburse?

    3. How does the reimbursement process work? 

    Receipts and reimbursement requests are submitted online through the OLS. Please watch OLS "How-To" videos to learn more.

    Generally, you should receive your check within 30 days. Please Note: Receipts are accepted in a PDF format only.
