‌The Emerging Leaders Academy is a program committed to developing the leader within by teaching students to explore values, build character, develop courage and personal responsibility through volunteerism and social emotional learning.

The Emerging Leaders Academy will prepare students by using small group sessions that address real life issues that build social skills related to taking positive risk, building trust and practicing good judgment. These enrichment sessions will encourage students to think differently about themselves and the world around them and create a vision for success by developing the leader within.
