The College of Business and Public Policy's (CBPP) / Clark Middle School Leadership Fellows Junior program is a youth leadership development program for middle school students. The program is designed to develop and nurture a leadership mindset in youths that will facilitate young leaders in obtaining scholarships, achieving admission to college, existing successfully in college life, excelling in the work environment, and lastly, being a productive citizen in their community.

‌Clark Middle School Leadership Fellows Junior participants are required to complete leadership development sessions, document their reflections in an ePortfolio, and complete a community engagement project (i.e., Empty Bowls).  Upon completion of the program, the students will attend graduation from the program at CBPP's Student Celebration ceremony alongside their senior counterparts - CBPP Leadership Fellows.
