    Procedures for Travel

    Teachers must complete the following procedures and forms prior to traveling: 

    • Attend Administrative Designee/Travel Training 
      Contact Brandon Locke with questions about this training. Visit to sign up for scheduled trainings.
    • Be aware of travel alerts and warnings
      The U.S. Department of State informs the public of conditions abroad that may affect their safety and security. Country specific information, travel alerts and warnings can be found at the .
    • Select a travel agency
      Choosing the right agency is one of the most important decisions in planning a trip with students.
