Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê’s Child in Transition Program (CIT) provides services and supports to students and families that meet the US Department of Education’s definition of homeless as defined under the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. CIT fulfills Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê’s federal requirements by ensuring homeless students have the same access to educational opportunities as other students. By working collaboratively within Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê CIT promotes school stability and academic success for all of its students.
