• Sex-Based Discrimination or Sexual Harassment in Employment

     

    Sex-based discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace are prohibited under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other federal and state laws, local ordinance, and school board policy.

     

    The Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê is committed to providing a workplace free from sex-based discrimination and sexual harassment. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment that is sexual in nature. 

     

    Employees or applicants for employment who experience sex-based discrimination or sexual harassment may file a complaint with the Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê or with an external agency.
